Return Policy

Our policy lasts 21 days. In order for us to process the return of any items, a return request must have been lodged within 21 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase, in new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels/tags still attached.

Items must be unaltered, undamaged and unwashed, while in the customer’s possession.

A Refund Request must be lodged within 21 days of purchase to be eligiable.

Prior to you returning your item, we will require you to fill out our Refund Request form.

If your order is eligible for refund, we will require you to return your item to us at your own cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, less the postage costs incurred by us for your item. Postage costs are currently a flat rate of $7.95.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
